Pampero

With no natural resources, and not wanting to rely heavily on importing energy from its neighboring countries, the government of Uruguay has set forth incentives to improve the generation and distribution of power throughout the nation.

The first priority is to improve the power supply for the rural areas that make up most of the country. Next: Improve power delivery in general, both to metropolitan and remote areas.

Fortunately for you and your company, the strong winter wind called Pampero blows across Uruguay, making it prime territory to generate power via wind turbines. Some of the rural areas could even supplement their power supply with solar energy.

Pampero is a hand-management, card-driven, action-selection game, demanding high levels of strategic planning. Each player must balance their income, energy supplies, and action cards to best fulfill each game's variable scoring criteria.

You must expand your power grid and fulfill energy requirements throughout the country to become the most profitable player!
