During the Tang dynasty, Cháng'ān is one of the largest cities in the world. It is a cosmopolitan urban center with thousands of travelers exploring the city to smell its aromas, discover its streets, and discover new ways of living. Now, the city is in need of renewal and calls upon its greatest urbanists to help.

Cháng'ān is an engine-building and resource-management game where you must carefully plan renewal projects by placing cards on your City boards to produce resources. Strategically build these cards into your City districts, creating amazing structures and welcoming influential people to the city. Choose which areas to focus on each game: Trade, Politics, Production, Science, or Military; creating unique and ever-changing combinations to become the premier Urbanist of Cháng'ān.
